The Service Marketplace model for any vertical (for example On-Demand Dog Walker / Dog Boarder or On-Demand ERP Professionals or On-Demand Home Repair) involves we recruiting the service providers after ensuring that they have the necessary licenses and skill sets. We on-board only vetted service providers so that our service marketplace clients can get the quality service from the service providers in our network.
In the SaaS (Subscription) model, we offer our software platform to be integrated with the clients IT/Software systems and we charge per service provider per month (example a Bank which has say 3,000 licensed financial advisors or a real estate company that has say 4,000 realtors). The client's existing and prospective customers will use our on-demand software to create service orders which will get routed to client's inhouse service providers for fulfillment.
